Our programmers are highly skilled in all aspects of 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional G-code and vector-based software language. This trial part gives the customer a chance to assess the component’s design characteristics before production begins. Any changes at this point are accomplished easily on the CAD/CAM system. Off-line 5-axis Programming from Laser Specialists
We help improve customer “turnaround time” using CATIA based CENIT FastTrim/LaserCut software. This laser cutting software significantly reduces overall laser cutting programming and process time. Also, it reduces the number of edits required to get to buy off. Our highly skilled staff has developed a process to effectively design and build uniquely engineered steel egg crate fixtures for prototype runs to ensure repeatable parts and overall quality. For production we are also capable of designing and manufacturing specialty automated fixtures with pneumatic clamps, proximity switches, and part actuation features. Our CAD Department accepts computer data in CATIA, IGES, DXF, DWG, STEP, and STL format.
